The Belle Method

What is involved:

The Bump Method online programme was designed with an expert Pelvic Health Physiotherapist to support women’s health and fitness during pregnancy and postpartum recovery. They combine Pilates, functional movement and the latest in pelvic health research, all into a trimester-specific full body workout. You can read more about it HERE.

What we love about it:

  • This is great for ladies with specific concerns like diastasis recti, incontinence, back pain etc or if you want to get back to a specific sport safely, like running.
  • It is a different spin on the usual online class format. The sessions are more of an educational series labelled as a ‘syllabus’. They provide you with the building blocks you need to recover fully from birth.
  • There are live classes that you can sign up to that teach specific things like:
    • Reducing bladder incontinence
    • Improving pelvic organ prolapse symptoms
    • Improving fascial mobility for c-section recovery
    • Reducing common back pain from feeding/holding babies
  • It is a good programme to do if you just want to do 15 mins a day during your pregnancy.
  • The website is quite extensive with recipes and workshops also available.
